Colossales: the website of a Kanban CRM that lives inside Gmail
How we designed the Colossales website, the Kanban CRM inside Gmail: showing the product in the inbox, explaining the pipeline and driving extension installs.

The project
Colossales is a Chrome extension: a Kanban CRM attached to Gmail threads. Pipeline, comments and follow-up reminders stay on the email. The salesperson never opens another tool. The product syncs with Google Sheets, ships as a free tier and a Pro plan, and is built for people who sell from their inbox.
Our brief: design the bilingual showcase site that makes the product clear in a few screens and drives installs. The brand identity (naming, logo) was already in place. The site is its translation: promise, demonstration, try-it journey.
Technical constraints
- Showing a product with no interface of its own: it lives inside Gmail. The visitor has to see the Kanban in the inbox, not an abstract screenshot.
- Bilingual FR/EN from the start: mirror URLs, a language switch, the same pages on both sides.
- Two offers (free and Pro) without breaking the install journey.
- A fast, indexable foundation, for a niche query: a CRM inside Gmail.
Marketing constraints
- The promise fits in one sentence: your pipeline, without leaving Gmail.
- Reassuring people about daily use (sorting, follow-ups, team sharing) without a feature catalogue.
- Two clear actions: install the extension, or explore the Pro plan.
Our solution
- A homepage that states the promise, then shows the product inside Gmail: a demo Kanban, from the email to the deal.
- A short hierarchy: features, a four-step method, the Pro plan, frequently asked questions.
- A bilingual journey aimed at installation, with the Pro plan as the second lever.
Results & deliverables
- A bilingual product site live, aligned with the brand identity.
- A technical tool made readable: you see where it lives, what it does, and how to try it.
- Two conversion doors: the free install and the Pro plan.
