The project
DeskLEX is a platform that connects offices and the people who need them: from the hour to a 3/6/9 lease, for professional and individual "deskers" as well as companies of every size. A two-sided service (those looking for a space, those offering one), recently launched.
Our brief: design the site of this young platform, able to explain a two-entry offer and steer every visitor to the right action.
Technical constraints
- A platform site with two journeys (find an office, list a space) with no complexity for the user.
- Absorbing very variable durations (by the hour, by the month, 3/6/9 lease) within one readable journey.
- A light/dark mode, a user account, and a fast foundation.
- A base ready to grow, the platform being in its launch phase.
Marketing constraints
- Explaining a two-sided proposition right from the homepage, without losing either the seeker or the owner.
- Inspiring trust in a brand-new service.
- Converting towards two actions: launch a dedicated search, or list a space.
Our solution
- A homepage that sets the promise ("connecting offices and the people who need them") then steers to the two journeys.
- A clear hierarchy, a contemporary design (light/dark) and simple navigation (Spaces, Dedicated search, Owners).
- A fast, scalable foundation to support the launch.
Results & deliverables
- A platform site live, ready for launch, with two distinct conversion journeys.
