PharmaliZr: a bilingual marketing site for a pharmaceutical serialisation SaaS
How we designed PharmaliZr's bilingual marketing site, the pharmaceutical serialisation solution by Eirwego: making a technical, regulated product clear, credible and demo-focused.

The project
PharmaliZr is the medication serialisation solution by Eirwego: a SaaS that tracks every pack from production to delivery in the pharmacy, in line with the European Falsified Medicines Directive. A sharp product, in a demanding, regulated sector.
Our brief: design the bilingual marketing site that gives this product a clear, credible and conversion-focused presence. With the brand identity already in place (logo, guidelines, variants), our work was to translate that world into a site that explains, reassures and converts.
Technical constraints
- Bilingual FR/EN from the ground up: an international audience (labs, pharmacies, authorities) → an architecture designed for two languages, mirrored URLs and clean
hreflangtags, not a translation bolted on afterwards. - Making a complex topic accessible (serialisation, traceability, compliance) without betraying it or overwhelming the visitor.
- Performance and indexing: a fast, well-structured and technically clean site, to be found on competitive niche queries.
- Consistency with the existing guidelines (colours, favicon, variants), down to the smallest format.
Marketing constraints
- Regulatory credibility: in a market where identities are often "too clinical or too generic", the site had to inspire institutional trust among labs and compliance leads.
- Explaining fast: a demanding B2B audience that needs to grasp the benefit (traceability, compliance) within a few screens.
- Converting: turning the visit into a demo request, without pushing.
Our solution
- A bilingual marketing site built around the benefit before the technology: it starts from the problem (the directive, falsified medicines), moves to the solution (the product), then to the action (the demo).
- A clear content hierarchy, short readable pages, a calm and reassuring tone aligned with the guidelines.
- A fast, responsive and SEO-ready foundation, built to last and grow with the product.
- A demo call-to-action running through the whole journey.
Results & deliverables
- A bilingual marketing site live, consistent with the brand world.
- A technical product made understandable and a clear positioning on serialisation.
- A visit journey focused on the demo request.
